Scout Report

Their form: Pushing for Europe but can’t buy a goal on their travels. One away win all year and haven’t scored on the road since February. At home though? Different gravy - they’ve turned over Spurs, Villa and Burnley recently.

Watch out for: Harry Wilson’s having the season of his life with 10 goals and 6 assists, including some worldies from distance. They’re patient in possession too, ranking 5th for longer passing sequences, and Joachim Andersen can pick passes that’ll bypass our press completely.

Team news: Havertz and Timber still out with groin problems, Merino’s foot injury continues. Ødegaard’s a doubt after that Madrid knock. They’re missing Sessegnon and Iwobi.

My View

In the last couple of games we have shown a lot more courage, which is exactly what I've been asking for for the last month or so. Okay we didn't win but to go to Atletico Madrid with a fan base that creates an intimidating atmosphere and survive during the second half when they were on top, having penalty decisions going against you and still come out with a favourable result. I admire the players for achieving that and if we have that same attitude for the remaining games that we have, I'm confident that we could win one title, whether that be the Premier League or the Champions League.
A Fulham win would put massive pressure on Manchester City. They have a large number of games that are all clustered into a short period of time and by winning our game that would make us six points clear with City having two games in hand. Win our next two or three games and I think we win the league. I think there's bound to be one more upset left. Fulham have been a banana skin in the past for us but I think we've got what it takes to get over this line. I think it will be a close game but we win 2-0
